- the location and front desk staff were great, very kind and polite at all times. They were accommodating during our stay especially during our time of grief due to our family loss.

- the beds were too high, especially for short people and handicap people that were traveling with us. It was a struggle to help my elderly parent get in the bed.
- Asked Hotel employee when we checked in 2 days prior to hurricane if we were unable to leave as hurricane was arriving on the day we were to check out. Told we had to leave or police would remove us as the room was reserved. No generator!
- Someone took my iPhone charger from the room... and management denied that it could ever happen.. sucks
