There is roaches alot of them and dirty there even the building and rooms smell dirty

There were cockroaches in my first room, then they finally moved me to another one. With no discount

Very un friendly staff, charge for daily towel change out and only give you 2 towels (for 2 people) and 2 wash clothes for a 3 day stay. Charge to use pots and pans as well. No breakfast in the morning but was advertised as having breakfast.

The front desk worker was great

It was much older and dated than expected. The pull out couch was disgusting.

Not enough bath towels even though we booked for 6 guests, we only received 2 and when I asked they gave an extra two with charge for any other extras. no shampoo or soap. No coffeemaker in the room which made go out every morning to get coffee.

The hallways were dark and smelled foul. The first room they put us in. Had water coming through the ceiling with a bubble in the ceiling. Paint dripping down onto our floor and smelled like mildew. There was so much more but not enough room to go on.

It felt sticky, the hallways smelled, some outlets didn't work, drawers were broken, spare mattress was disgusting and so worn the springs were about to pole through. Staff was intimidating, no breakfast as advertised, $33 fee to extend.

The front desk employee was nice.

It was disgusting, dirty worn out. The sofa bed mattress was covered in rust stains. The floor tiles were cracked and loose. The cupboards, walls were peeling. The tub drain had to be held to let water down. Stains in the carpet and the sofa.

I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach on my face. The towel I was given had hair on it, I called the front desk and they told me I could approach the front desk to get a new one. Once I got there they wanted to charge me $1.70 per towel.

Needs remodeling and update.

The staff was polite upon arrival, but the checkout staff was late they did not arrive in the building until 1120am and they were met with a full lobby of upset patrons including myself.

The hotel was riddled with roaches and RATS and needed to be fumigated immediately. The roaches were getting into everything. I was not informed that there is no staff after hours for complaints refunds or room changes.

It allowed dogs

There was no hot water. The water heater was broken but there wasn?t a discount for this inconvenience.

Extremely dirty, heat and AC not working, and they didn't want to return my money

Upon arrival we were presented with a list ofamenities that were not available any longer including ice, grab and go breakfast, coffee maker, towels and washcloths at no cost, no dishes, pots or pans. There were no toiletries including a hair dryer

The last and final straw were three German roaches that I killed and took pictures of. I would attach the pictures to this email if I was able to but I am not. I would appreciate a phone call at 407-30
