Location was good

Room in disrepair. No TV. TV was in a box leaning on wall. Dresser drawer out of the dresser, leaning on wall. No hot water in shower, only in sink. Mold on bathroom ceiling. When I pulled blanket off to get to bed, dried booger or debris on sheet.

Jacuzzi not working, mildew around the bathmat, refrigerator froze our food no way to adjust it

It's a decent place but the cons make me never want to return... Toilets are awful. Hvac loud. Can't keep fan on...

They recently shut off option for constant fan on ac units. The option is there, was told for "environment" reasons. W/o fan, road noise is extreme, can easily hear rooms next to you, ac on and off all night. Way To much nasty spray smell everywhere.

It was very clean and it was quiet. There was not a lot of traffic.

Low water pressure, slow draining sink and horrible starched and bleached sheets that gave my wife a horrible headache

I just usually like La Quinta hotels

They ran out of half and half for breakfast! CoffeeMate is not an acceptable replacement. I stayed twice on my trip, the second time there were gray stains on my sheets. They were probably clean, but still unsettling.

King size bed was very soft.

No night staff. Had to go downstairs and get stuff myself.

Just want to say thank you to all the staff for being there during a hurricane. I especially would like to thank hotel employee at the front desk, very helpful.

I appreciated some aspects of my stay, such as the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable room, the acceptable breakfast, and the convenient location.

my experience with a lost personal item was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that this is not a secure hotel for guests’ belongings. I always travel with my own orthopedic pillow, and I accidentally left it in my room when I checked out on January 25. The following day, January 26, I contacted the hotel and was informed by the front desk that the pillow had been located, that it was clearly different from hotel pillows, and that it would be safely stored in the Lost and Found Closet.About a week later, a friend went to retrieve it for me. When she received the pillow, she immediately noticed that it did not feel orthopedic. After sending me a photo, I confirmed that although the pillowcase was mine, the pillow inside was not, it had been replaced with a different one.When I contacted the hotel again to report this, the front desk showed little concern and simply stated that the hotel is not responsible for lost items. This lack of accountability and care for guests’ property was very frustrating and unacceptable.Based on this experience, I cannot consider this a secure place to stay. I strongly advise future guests to carefully check their belongings before leaving, as forgotten items may not be properly safeguarded.

Location and room set up

Only thing on this visit that was unacceptable was man's dirty sock left underneath desk. I advised front desk.
