Hilton Garden Inn Orlando North/Lake Mary

Reserved a room with two queen beds and none were available upon arrival. I never would have stayed there had I known in advance.

The staff and how clean it was

Our tv was not connecting to internet. They immediately changed us to a different room with a working tv

Gabby, I believe was the staff who checked us in, was so sweet and personable. She was nice and very helpful.

Clean and cozy

The breakfast was not good. For $14.95, definitely not worth it.

Construction on the floor our room was located awoke us early in the morning each day of our stay. No shower gel in the large dispenser. Despite asking front desk, we simply had no shower gel that day. Rooms cleaned every other day was gross.

It is located right next to the highway and our room faced the highway, overlooking the empty parking lot. I think that it would go a long way if the more quiet rooms would be filled first instead of the noisy ones.

The location and lobby were excellent

The rooms are very outdated and need a refresher. The carpet smelled in the hallways like cheap cologne and was nauseating. Staff was very good though.

The bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the staff was friendly.

I booked this hotel because it offered to shuttle, however it does not run 24 hours and unavailable for my 7 AM flight. I had to arrange a $35 secondary ride. My restaurant meal Was pretty bad. And the shower in my room did not work properly.

Yes waited to after deposit was taken to tell me the room I booked wasn't available. The room I had the bed was so so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep with my husband

The room was dirty. Hair sticking to the shower wall, tub faucet dripping and tub was 1/4 of the way full when I entered room. Hotel was dated and run down. Not the 3 star experience that I am used to.

Dirty carpets that stinks the bedsheets feel like sandpaper. The mattress is so old the springs are sticking into your back. The staff is the most ignorant, rude person you¿ve ever experienced the noise from the highway keeps you up all night

Bed was very hard. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should. Halls and maids were very noisy, and I could hear traffic from the freeway all night.

The staff were kind.

The mold, you could smell & see. The A/c in my room was out and never did get fixed. For the amount that I paid, I was extremely disappointed.

We stayed here with an entire baseball team and the staff went above & beyond for us! Thank you to the front desk, at the back of the house, Chef was wonderful & the bartender was great!

Our truck window was smashed in one night. That was a huge bummer. Wish the hotel would install cameras for the police. We are out $--- for a new truck window. :-( They stole my husband's wallet too.

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Lots of things to do near by and very easy access to I4. It was perfect for a fun relaxing ladies weekend getaway!

room tempature was good

when i check in that night was given a key to a room someone are already using and they were in bed ( messing around) when i came in the room and was angrily confronted. not a good situation so went to get an other room and didnt really sleep well.
