Great hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking.

The room was nice size. We had a suite with kitchen area.

The breakfast was not the best. Always a southwestern type meal. Also did ask for house cleaning to come in and they didn?t but the lady at the front desk got me all that I needed.

The carpet had a smell of urine which wasn?t good, could smell it the most while in bed and the a/c was extremely loud all night and day.

The hotel was emasculate. The breakfast area was large and the food exceeded my expectations. My suite was very clean and had a fresh smell. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was stocked with dishes, utensils and coffee maker.

The elevator was somewhat slow. But it wasn?t a major issue.

The friendly atmosphere and overall quietness. It always feels so "homey." Staff helped with getting the maintenence man to repair our toilet flushing like new, THANKS!!!?

When we arrived the toilet did not flush well.

Both toilets didnt work. Had to go to lobby to use bathroom

The room was clean and spacious.

The location was 2nd floor by the pool and lounge area and that made it noisy late into the night.

Front desk gentleman was great.

The room was visually not clean. There were food finger prints on the fridge, microwave and utensils. We thorough cleaned before unpacking. Hairs in bathroom. More detail needs put into the cleanliness of the rooms. Such a great property.

THE POOL and the staff Gabriel made us feel like we were his only guests and made our stay memotable but everyone was very nice and professional

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Was told the coffee machine would be a kuerig so brought pods for it. Not so. Toilet ran a bit, but was fixed. Was assigned a handicap room but seemed the phone didn't work. Think it was turned down so low you couldn't hear a dial tone. But staff checked.

My room was gorgeous! Clean and near to where I needed to be, including the Highway.

We booked this hotel in a last minute rush when our flight was canceled and we were stuck for 2 days. The price for the suite we stayed in was awesome. The hotel is being remodeled so you can see different areas of construction but it was not noisy.

The only issue we had was that the dryers only half way dried our clothes.

Hotel was old. Needs renovation.. Carpets old and dirty. Not vacuumed. Found someone¿s cut toes nails on the carpet. No rom service. Room didn¿t have toilet paper or refills . Had to goto the front desk to get toilet paper. Beds were uncomfortabl

Location

The hotel was absolutely filthy. Stained carpets in the hallways and room. Trash was always overflowing from every trash can around the place. Dirty And disgusting elevators. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again(anywhere in the country)

Yes. I was not able to make the trip, so I paid for the hotel, but was not able to stay there.

The room size and location

It is in need of a deep cleaning from the elevator to windows to rooms. Carpets smell like dog pee all through out. Updating to floors would be a big upgrade as they accept pets. The bathroom was very dirty as well. And poor quality work done in rooms

The room size was great. The check in experience was quick and easy with a very friendly staff member. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

It was close to restaurants stores and not far from the airport.

The tub had hair and peeling paint. The chair had food and garbage under the cushion. The electric went out, no generators nor did they offer flashlights. Head of housekeeping came to the room I said I wanted a refund or discount, got nothing. It's a ¿¿
