Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary at Colonial TownPark

Very friendly employees , exceptional clean rooms.

Breakfast could have been better.

Great location and beautiful pool area, especially in the evening. There was music playing in the background and pretty market lights strewn around the pool area with comfortable seating.

Breakfast ended a little early at 9 am.

The pool was closed but no one told us so we were swimming in it. Dirty!

Location

Breakfast omlett, that was just put out, was ice cold. TV speaker seemed to have blown bass. Hopefully this was not the norm.

Location and price

Conditioner bottle was empty.

Amenities

They ran out of food and milk on christmas morning at 8:30 am. Breakfast was listed as being available until 930. Shantel Arrived at 9 and tried to restock the cold items.

Courteous staff

Room size was a bit small and there was no fruit at the breakfast table

Breakfast options were great. They had hot tea and or coffee available throughout the day.

The rooms appeared dirty. The mattresses were awful. It was extremely hot in my particular room even when AC was adjusted.

Location and breakfast.

Worn out tubs, carpet.

Friendly staff, the room was clean & nice breakfast was ok. The coffee was excellent.

Did not like the position of the hand soap. It was in convenient to have to reach way over to get the soap versus where the sink was. Also someone in a room that was near to our room had a dog that barked. We heard it bark early 7ish & late 10:30 pm.

The breakfast was good. The front desk was informative and polite.

The comforter etc had spots on.

Location was great, short distance to grocery stores, resturants, gas stations and movie theators. The breakfast was outstanding.

The television in room need a upgrade in channels to view.

Room and bathroom very outdated, toilet should be replaced, lamps dirty with stains.

Clean, employees were nice, breakfast was excellent, very safe area!

Very clean, well-appointed rooms. Overall property is well maintained, clean and centrally located.

Location, near grocery and restaurants. Plenty around for those without transport. Good breakfast. Pleasant front desk staff.

Temp control in room. With no movement it would not cool at night. Lotion was empty and had to go to desk for replacement. Asked for xtra towels on last night. Was requested to bring dirty ones down to reception. Not happening. Left outside room door.

The staff went above and beyond to help us out, as my wallet fell out of the car when packing; Didn't realize until at airport; Desk Clerk checked our room and went outside & found it in parking lot for us; He saved the day!!! We made our flight home!!!

The beds weren't as comfortable as most & pillows were small, had to use two.

It was clean and everything worked properly. Breakfast was great.
