Great location, great value. Very clean and comfortable rooms

Had great Amenities to offer, and location was close to all tourist attractions. Staff, other than our one encounter with the receptionist, were very friendly and helpful.

The room looked like it hadn’t been upgraded since they first opened, and it didn’t look clean at all, receptionist woman very hard to understand and got our information wrong after repeatedly giving her the information. The walls are very thin and you could clear hear/feel the neighbors above and beside you.

Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

The water isn’t hot enough! They lure you in with the giant tub pics only to find out there isn’t enough hot water to fill up the tub! If I can leave my hand in the hot water on full blast it’s not hot enough! Honestly that was the only reason I chose the resort and so I was very disappointed. Also…the parking is terrible!

Customer service at front desk very rude and disorganized. Have to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. Balcony with no view and mosquitos all over not be able to sit on the balcony. Ice maker not working at our suite. Have to drive several buildings to get ice.

This is a beautiful resort with several pools, splash pad, and hot tubs, tennis courts, miniature golf and even a life-size chess board! Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful time, and could've had a vacation without ever leaving the resort! We most definitely will be back!

The location and overall look of the hotel

The staff were truly not pleasant or welcoming. One of them was even rude about the pool being closed when I asked about when it would be reopened. They also locked me out of my room at 0920 on the day we were leaving. We came back from the pool to find the keys not working ready to change and pack to check out by 10. I had to call the front desk and wait 15min for security to come. He told me they have been doing that lately, locking people out early. I said then they should lock out at 10am because that’s check out time. He agreed. It’s inappropriate and rude. The bathroom really wasn’t cleaned well and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. When I came in 2018 it was a much better experience. We were quite disappointed this time around

The staff were all so polite and helpful. That was the best part of our stay, but the apartment was clean. When we had a problem with the kitchen faucet, they took care of it immediately. When we called for more toilet paper, they brought some. The only thing is they said they couldn’t bring extra shampoo/ conditioner other than the original small containers. It’s nice to have enough without buying our own.The pools were great. The activities there were nice. The ice cream cones at the store were excellent. Beds were comfortable- location perfect!

The above thing about the shampoo/ conditioner is the only thing. Just a little thing though. Other stuff more important.
