Our stay at Holiday Inn was great! Our roomWas clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice perk- the coffee was very good and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.
Ice machines on multiple floors weren’t working but that was the only issue

The breakfast was good. The staff did a great job stocking it. The rooms were comfortable, but a little crowded for a family of four. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday, which was nice. The staff are also very attentive to any problems reported.
Just a few things. The walls are somewhat thin and you can hear the next room. It can be annoying, especially if they are loud. A few port/switches in the room didn't work. The water never became hot, but then it wasn't too much of a problem.

Clean, central location, good amenities
Could have just slightly better parking setup.. lots of Diamond parking spots and clearly most of them not filled with Diamond members. But this is honestly not-picking a bit. Just the only thing I could think of.

Poorly run hotel with combative staff, especially front desk (aside from the manager Kelly) every request no matter how small was met with an eye roll and reasons why it wasn’t their responsibility. For example, they couldn’t provide me a receipt via email or print out, flat out refused to show what I was charged. The rooms all smelled like they were wet and moldy, the coffee makers were disgusting, and the bed in one of our rooms was left dirty. When my sister complained, the sheets were changed with visibly dirtier sheets that smelled unwashed. I don’t understand why people behave this way for no reason. We made no disruptive requests (only asked once for more towels…which we never got)
