- Beds and pillows were good.
- The grounds were large and there were restaurants within walking distance.
- The room and pool
Cons -
- Not the best location. Floors were dirty and doors do not open and close properly. NO phones in room so had to go over to other resort if we needed anything. Also, we went like 3 days with no housekeeping service.
- Front desk at another hotel, no information on where things were on the grounds, room floor not mopped, noisy "barn door" for bathroom. Front desk staff rude, housekeeping staff even more so. Loud talking early, blocking sidewalks with laundry carts, etc.
- Front desk not as organized as they should be. Didn't know we were staying another night and having us checked out a day early. Prices should be all-inclusive not a fee for this, a fee for that structure.
