- Staff was extremely helpful and polite
- Free Parking and distance into key west. Overall great hotel
- The good beds.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, it was easy to hear the conversations of the people in adjoining rooms
- Not enough lighting in room. One small 2 drawer dresser. Not enough storage for two people. No elevator and stairs to first and second level
- The rooms were dark and lighting poor. Hard to see inside the suitcase. The view was a wall!
