Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Key West

My room was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. My king-size bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very quite. Also, it offers Suttle services to nearby beautiful beach and great Suttle transportation to and from the historical down town only 7 minutes away. The breakfast is reach and the pool area is very relaxing. I was very happy and I could feel, have worked in the hospitality myself , that the management knows how to welcome and make their guests home. I recommend this hotel because I believe offers good value for your money. I will probably return on my next trip to Key West. Thank you, made my birthday stay a memorable one.

I am thinking a minor one came up. I drove in with my car, and I found the access to the parking was tricky and a bit dangerous as there was no left turning lane to the hotel parking. At nighttime, it can be a bit confusing where to turn into the lot.

Excellent location. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Resort seemed to be somewhat dated and really could be updated. It seemed a bit dingy overall and could really use a good cleaning. Room was adequate, but not real clean and didn’t present well like the other Marriotts that we’ve stayed.

The room was spacious. Two full beds and a pull out couch in the other room. It was aged, however the room was very clean and smelled nice. The pool is beautiful! The bar at the pool is great! The breakfast bar is also perfect for a quick easy breakfast. Location is close enough to downtown, but far enough away as well.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. The room was comfortable and clean & plenty of parking which is much appreciated after our last experience at another hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have an excellent, convenient shuttle to downtown Key West. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The pool area is very lovely. Breakfast was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from downtown was a wonderful addition as parking in downtown can be a hassle.

The room was dated. The sofa bed was horrid. it was like sleeping on the springs alone. There was barely a mattress on the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable indeed. The set up of the room itself and the toilet is not very agreeable for a family of 5. The toilet is in the bedroom area. so you do have to go through the bedroom to get to the face sink or toilet.

The location was perfect. The pool was amazing and the pina coladas were delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not worth the money. Unfriendly front desk who did not explain anything about the facility. Did not offer the drink that was to come with the stay. If your booking thru a third party like a Booking.com I don't think you get good treatment. It is not like it was any cheap! The cost as much as for a all-inclusive!

Good location, great pool and very friendly staff

Beds uncomfortable and no space to leave stuff in bathroom. Breakfast not great but potentially US standard, europeans might be disappointed
