- Lovation
- Location was great, just two blocks away from the marina with all the restaurants and the busy Duval street. The breakfast was very good (coffee, juice, tea, waffles, fruits, jam, honey, Muffin) and in a nice garden area. The owner was very friendly.
- Cute and quaint little getaway spot. Check in was all online and the rooms were a keyless entry which was so nice because you didn¿t have to think about loosing a key while in the Keys. The morning host was very accommodating and offered breakfast.
Cons -
- Room smelled musty. Bathroom was not clean.
- The room is very basic. It¿s a bed and breakfast not a hotel. If you like luxury you will not like it at all. We paid $200/night but I think i would rather pay up to 100 or 150 for what it is.
- The pool is small and needs to have stains removed. The bathroom is small, sink is in the bedroom. Toilet area is cramped.

Sammy and Katie the dog. Fun and great service. Near Duval and the Seaport. Perfect location.
