Location was perfect.
The bed was old and lumpy and the bed sheets were ill-fitting. There were no chairs in the room — the only place to sit was on the bed. There was no place to unpack — no dresser or room in the closet to hang clothes. The shower was awesome but it seems that no thought was put into guest comfort inside the room.

Location! Quiet rooms. Fellow guests. Delicious breakfast.
Broken bathroom door that we alerted the staff about when we got there but nobody ever came to fix it. Even volunteered to fix it ourselves if they would just provide a new strike plate.

The location was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
I didn't love that you could walk straight into the building without a key, but the room did have a deadlock and it seems that's kind of the norm with all of the inns in this area.

Very nice hotel right in the Center, everything in walking distance.Nice and cosy hotel, typical Key West style, belonging to the heritage buildings, hence old, of course, but very nicely renovated and kept. Very good breakfast; nice little pool.

The property was fantastic. It is an historic property and while offers modern conveniences, still has charming quirks of an older building. The made to order breakfast was fantastic. Chef Mike was great and offered so many suggestions of places to go and things to enjoy. All the staff was friendly and super helpful. The location is perfect!

The location was great. Being able to sit on the porch and people watch was nice. Easy check in and loved that you were able to text instead of having to go to the front for everything.
Early riser so not being able to get breakfast until 7 was a bummer. The room we were in smelled musty and had a damp feeling to it the whole stay.

the historic feel of the hotel was lovely and the gardens were beautiful too. Really comfortable bed and well appointed room. A lovely vibe to the breakfast service. A nice afternoon sangria treat was offered that we sadly didn't get back to enjoy.
Unfortunately the aircon was older technology and was therefore noisy and left the room smelling damp. This was a shame as everything else was lovely. No onsite parking but that was known in advance and the parking lot was just across the street, so not a major issue.

Especially liked the breakfast and the chefs serving it. They had different made to order options daily, each mouth-wateringly good. Great location, comfortable rooms.
Our room was adjacent to the intersection of the street and it being a bit of an older house meant we could hear noises from the street (loud Harleys taking off on green light in the early morning).

Chef Andrew was amazing. Excellent choices and truly delicious. The location was perfect for everything that we were doing
The air conditioning was a little noisy. Rattled and vibrated a bit and woke us up a little but all in all the room was lovely
