    Pros +

    • Room clean. Deck view to water was excellent.
    • Beach food drinks and staff
    • Love the restaurant and bars and great bands.

    Cons -

    • Parking lot smell of sewerage or swamp water not sure which. People fishing off dock right outside our room (not guests at hotel) spoke with employee he stated that they were ok as they were ex employees. He did ask them to move. No fishing was posted
    • The smell of standing water. Pool wasn¿t open and the continental breakfast was a joke.
    • The restaurant and tiki bar closes way to early for the Keys. Very disappointing!

The room had a very strong mildew smell that messed up. My allergies was supposed to be at the beach but it was about four or five blocks from it and had no parking for my boat

The Tiki Restaurant food was good. The room was clean.

The office staff was not friendly. The drinks were watered down. The Resort was old. The front doors of the rooms needed painting. This hotel was over priced for the condition. Over $----.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-2-2021

Tiki bar with live music was nice, saw several dolphins on site. The dock area was very pretty, especially at night.

The rooms were renovated at some point, but the hotel was old. Water pressure was not good, even to brush teeth.

The room was clean and big, definatley the nicest part of the resort

Yes the very loud group next door to our room, and the fact that they ran a lot of equipment early in the morning starting ss early as 7

Love the view from the beach.

We have been vacationing at this location for several years. This visit we were surprised by all the people not staying here that were on the property on Saturday. I don't know if we will be going back. No beach lounges available.

I had to check in after hours because of plane delays. Staff was quick and courteous at 12am with my check in.

Having to pay $20 per person that was not staying with me to get a swim bracelet. Walked down to the beach instead.

We loved that it was quaint enjoyed watching the boats docking. Food was great. Rooms were small but very nice and clean. The sunsets were awesome. We were looking for a place that was not in the middle of spring break kids and this was great.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-7-2018

It’s quite, and the room has a veuw over the water

Not enough parking on the weekends

Great location and view. The tiki bar and live music was a lot of fun.

Pool was closed and that was not disclosed at booking or during check-in.

WORST EVER. They photocopied my credit card with security number. During checking out, I asked them to shredd the paper in front of my face as they promised, the staff is mean and show me attitude. DONT LIVE HERE!!! Room is dirty. Plumb not working!

    6PeggyPosted on: 3-26-2016

Good location. Fun atmosphere. Hotel employee at desk was great.

Room was over kitchen. Patio. Was not usable due to noise of fans. Tiki bar was way over priced. Room not good value overall not worth the price. Kid at checkout too busy studying for school to help us. No ice machine had to go to bar.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-21-2016

Price point for staying on Key Largo

Extremely dated. Attached sun porch unuseable. Shower temp fluctuated depending on water use in other rooms. Floor may have been more comfortable than the sofa sleeper but too unclean to sleep on.

    10CurtisPosted on: 1-4-2016

The staff is awesome and the food is on point.. and the view of the water is beautiful. Loved every moment of our stay.

The parking is horrable the resort needs guest parking only. It would make for a more comfortable stay not having to worry about parking...

Room looking over the water. Beautiful view. PRICE. Breakfast was great! Awesome for a 1 night stay.

Shower was clean but there were several tiles missing or broken. Motel was definitely dated, needs a lot of work but for the price ($---) it can't be beat. Had dinner at the Tiki Bar. Fun for drinks but I had fish that was quite dry and beer was warm.

    1DeanPosted on: 8-22-2015

    Location was good

Needs a new maintenance man. Tiles in bathroom painted over and peeling. I arrived late with some food I was going to heat up. But no microwave. Great room for fishermen. But, if my wife had been with me, she never would've stepped thru the door

    1MitchelPosted on: 7-21-2015

Everything! This hotel was more like a motel for the neighborhood bugs. The floors were disgusting, the bathroom was trashed and moldy and the valance was full of a spider breeding ground, besides it was falling down. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-10-2015

Nothing. It was awful. We didn't stay.

Dirty and had very shady people around. Did not feel safe.
