- The attention and friendliness of the staff
- My spouse and I spontaneously chose to have a quick escape and booked a stay at the Ritz on Key Biscayne. It offers the Miami/Island atmosphere without being in South Beach & it's more relaxed. The dining, hospitality, pools, and beach were all excellent!
