The proximity to the beach

The woman I spoke with at Star Properties (or whatever the property owners company was) was so rude. She set a bad tone weeks before my trip even occurred. Once at the property, the roach I had to kill in the kitchen marred the evening I stayed.

Location and size of the space!! Lots of room

Dishwasher needs replaced. Does not clean the dishes

Location was perfect. The apartment was large with three TV's. Beach is beautiful.

Internet was weak or non existent. The staff immediately assisted with fixing the problem but signal was weak in our unit. Mobile (cell) reception was very good. With that said I would still re-book this trip.

Great location!

Very dated! Old worn out building, construction on the roof and construction debris left on the ground for days. Not an appealing place!

They have back up power if the power gos out

Beautiful location, people helpful and friendly , rooms are gorgeous and spacious.Everything you could need or want was close by. Have so many beautiful memories.

Loved everything but the weather Because it was so beautiful and people were so nice, friendly and it was so peaceful and relaxing and oh yeah did I say beautiful. We had a great time Freezing weather didn’t ruin our time there. Pictures from our room . Many wonderful and warm memories created from the coldest days in a decade ❤️ So no complaints about the property

Listening to the waves every night was so wonderful. I was there because my father was in the hospital and being able to walk out in the beach and hear the ocean at night was so relaxing and kept my spirits high. The condos are clean, comfortable and kitchen had everything i needed to make my stay enjoyable.

Apartment very old and have old smell. The building is also old and kind of sad. In reality it doesn’t look like on pics on the booking site. Would not stay again.

I always love to stay here, my favorite in the locale...great location to the beach, right on it. Kitchen amenities are more than adequate down to the ice maker. Beds are comfy and the bedding is quality. The TVs are straightforward, the gym is small but good for me. This is not a fancy place, but I don't need luxe when the price is right and all else is so good. Laundry is $2.00 per machine, not bad! I only hope there is a spot for me next time in town and I will be back!

There was a bit of needle gunning, concrete breaking, but it wasn't too bad while we were there.

Comfortable and good facilities for family of 4. Appreciated being able to stay and use the pool facility after check-out.

Bugs inside the room that was biting us. In one of the bathroom the shower water didn’t get hot. Staff is very rude at the front desk don’t speak when you enter the building. They just sit there and look at you. I asked the lady at the front for some more clean towels and wash clothes. I was told you have to wash and dry the ones I have. They don’t change out until Wednesday. And the washer and dryer was two dollars to wash and two dollars for the dryer. Will never stay here again

The unit was spacious, clean, and quiet with a view of the ocean. The best part was the large screened in balcony.
