Clean, good location.
Beds were not comfortable, lumpy, and hard. Check out was 12 noon. We were locked out of our room at 8:30, which made breakfast and packing up difficult.

The location was in a great spot, easy access to the interstate.
When I walked in the whole place smelled of stale cigarettes and Fabulouso. The front desk was not friendly nor informative. After checking in, she handed my room key without a mention of room number nor check out time. Furthermore, I was charged for $250 smoking fee &&& I DO NOT SMOKE AT ALL. They told me it came from the room above mine. I was notified after the investigation was done. So $250 was charged to my acct, and its a 3-5 day wait for a refund. I'm still waiting....

the location was decent.
the tub was rusted, the blankets had stains on them, when you turn the knob in the tub to hot the water was cold and vice versa for the cold water.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Drapes in the room were dirty and see through. Sofa bed was broken. Need better lighting.

the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is great ,facilities were nice and clean
the coffee was cold in the afternoon it would be nice to keep hot fresh coffee during the day,the staff could be more friendly and greet with a smile

My room was very clean with plenty of towels and soap. The cleaning ladies were really friendly and polite.You can smell the cleaning products as soon as you walk in. Even though the building set aside the highway, you can't hear the traffic being passed once you're inside which was a plus because I really wanted to relax. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Overall a good hotel to stay a few nights ?.
My only problem was my refrigerator wasn't mount into the shelf space correctly had to catch it everytime I opened it so it wouldn't tip over. They really need to consider cleaning the carpet in the rooms, my socks were dirty walking around the room so do not walk on the floor bare foot if you're a germaphobe.

We love the location
We were in room 214 and when we opened the curtains we saw a concrete wall. Not the view we wanted to see ?
