The staff were friendly and helpful. It was near the Mayo Clinic as we had an appointment. The bed was comfortable.

Location and nice facility
Room had a locked adjoining door and was noisy because of the people in the adjoining room. Probably would not have been noisy if there had been a wall instead of door between the rooms.

The location was convenient and the room was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The smell in the hallways is unpleasant and the carpet was stained. The room rate was a bit high compared to other courtyards I've stayed in.

Only had breakfast one time and it was good. We also enjoyed dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The couch in the room was not that comfortable. We couldn't open the sliding glass door. There were signs of wear and tear and dust noticed in the room.

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. My husband was seeing his doctor at the Mayo Clinic, so the hotel's location was perfect.

Location was excellent. Room was clean.
Rooms need updated for the price. For the price, I would expect USB ports to charge electronics with instead of just plugs. A Keurig maker with some reasonable coffee would be nice. Coffee was awful!!!!!

Good location
1. There were leftovers in the mini fridge when we first got to the room 2. Strangers walked into our room at midnight because the front desk gave them the wrong room/key. 3. The porch was so tiny that only two people could really fit on it
