The room not clean, walking high way the smell , bathroom look dirty, and floors not clean. I see the hair

Location was great. Price was too high.
Hotel was very nasty. Room windows were open. Looked like an abandoned project apartment. Rust was on top of refrigerator. Bathroom tub was no longer white. Front desk clerk was very rude with a bad attitude. I almost said I didn't want to say there but I was so tired I just did anyway. I stay at extended stay a lot and this was by far the worst one. The front desk was even closed when we went to check out.

Plenty of parking
They did not have the room that I booked for through you guys I ended up with a queen bed and a pullout couch because they no longer had the two beds. The carpets were stained and nasty holes in the walls screens ripped and furniture cracked chair wobbles and we had cockroaches so for some reason you guys confirmations and bookings does not go through because they were not able to give us the room that I had booked for.

Only a single bed sheet on the bed and no towels

Room was disgusting, I have pictures roaches, dirtty short 1 bed no shower curtain water did not work and ac did not work the list goes on and on

The location was good.
Its was very dirty, there was trash in the hallways and laying around everywhere. The place had a very strong moldy odor. It was very disgusting. The carpets in the hallways had stains and spots on them of black mold. We didn’t even stay. it was so bad that after our concert we checked out and just left and drove the 5 hours home instead of staying there that night.
