Good environment and quiet

The bed was kind of hard

Location, hotel was magnificent, services was excellent

no complaints

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Room nice and clean. Great location to where we needed to be. Parking is great and secure.

All staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and just wonderful people.

Not having streaming capability, unless it was me, not knowing how to access it, ie Netflix.

Stayed here for the football game. The staff was very nice and helpful. The inside is clean, nicely decorated and had a nice snack selection. The restaurant was really good. Full bar, tv’s and a lot of comfortable setting. My room was nice and it was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I would mention that I didn’t like the sheer curtains in my room. You could see through them. My room faced other rooms and it was the same.You can see in rooms that have lights on. It should be more private for the amount of money charged.

My mother and I attended the Jazz festival in Jax over the weekend. We loved the hotel location and staff they were nice welcoming and very friendly.

Our bathtub had a large brown dirt stain on the bottom of the tub. We felt the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also when reserving the room through booking I selected the option with breakfast included but upon arrival at check in I was informed that breakfast was an extra charge. I paid an extra charge when selecting the room because breakfast was included in the price. The young lady at the front desk recommend that I call booking for this problem. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth she comped us breakfast for our troubles even though we paid for it any way.

Good location and clean

Pool under renovation and breakfast not included. Previous stays in other hiltons breakfast was included and pool available

Location was good and parking was convenient.

Loud drilling sounds and jack hammering above our heads.

Hotel was close to nice restaurants and venues downtown.

Hotel is dark and dreary inside, worn carpets, chipped up furniture, dusty window coverings/fixtures. Bathroom floors gross, shower disgusting. Parking garage had homeless people hanging out in it. Train whistle late at night and early mornings.

The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is very nice.

I don’t like that parking costs $20 a night, and the breakfast was not very good.
