It was clean and convenient to my location for my needs. The breakfast in the morning was not bad.
I really saw no bad experience other than the weather was not great, but they have no control over that.

Room very comfortable.
Our key card was deactivated while we were eating breakfast downstairs. We arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and the attendant was hurrying everyone along making you feel like you had to rush your selections and hurry to eat.

We travel to Jacksonville every year for my husband's Kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic. The location is perfect for us. The only issue we ran into was the AC was difficult to control the temperature.

Clean rooms and property
No enough handicap parking space only 4 and you do a lot of business with handicap people going to Mayo Clinic

The location was great!!
The room was hot. The tv also did not work we let the desk know and they said it was due to their internet provider. Beds/pillows were not comfy.

Front desk staff had excellent customer service! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Coffee at breakfast was incredible !
