- Close to where we needed to go.
- We have stayed at this hotel 5 times now every time we go to Jacksonville. We always have a great experience.
- Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a great variety.
Cons -
- I did not like how they overbooked their rooms. I did not receive the room I booked online which put my kids on a pull out sofa and my wife on the top floor which made her anxious. The bathroom was small and shower was very dirty.
- Water pressure of shower not good
- Room was very dirty with hair in the sink, dingy and old sheets, trash left in cans. Furniture was "well worn".
