Hadley House Islamorada

Waterfront-great sunrise view! Mostly central location to Islamorada. Very competitive pricing. Room was clean, with no odors. Didn't try the pool, but it looked clean.

Small room. No bathroom vent fan. The beds weren't very comfortable for me.

Not much.

Not well maintained. Room smells moldy. I left sick.

Loved location and view. Staff was always friendly.

Bed was creaky and felt like it had been around for a century or two.

Location was very pretty being next to the water and in close proximity to different attractions

Front desk customer service was so poor. We checked in and was given a room that was completely run down, dirty and furniture was full of stains. They switched us to a different room that was still not really cleaned and didn’t have basics such towels and linen. It took 2 hours making multiple trips to the front desk where the lady there -Skylar, kept giving me sheets that were too small for the sofa bed and when I asked her for towels for a room that was to accommodate 6 people she gave me 2 hand towels and said that’s all I can give you. When I questioned her, she just told me “ I just worked the front desk”. It was very frustrating for what I paid to stay there. No customer service whatsoever.
