- Size, amenities, appearance been there before and really liked it,
- The hotel and amenities and resort activities were outstanding. The Rum Runner water taxi and Captain and First Mate staff were friendly informative and the experience on the water really made our stay magnificent!

- Room floors especially bathroom floor dirty, restaurants were not good especially for prices. We wouldn't even mind the price if it was worth it.Same as last time we stayed. We tried again this trip then ate at other hotel and restaurant.
- Nothing!
- For the star level, I did not like that it was clearly a revamping of a motel-style room in which you enter from an outside walkway. Rooms are small and standard much like a motel room
