Room and view.
This is a great spot to relax for the day and bbq it up at the beach with some brews. Amenities from jet skis to outdoor grilling are plentiful. This blew away our expectations and we?re planning on a return.
The people were friendly and helpful.

Cons -

No breakfast at hotel.
Microwave was out of order in the room. Everything else worked fine.
The seaweed piled up on the beach.

Clean and updated rooms. Has private access to ocean. A very nice little place to stay. Older Florida motel but updated.
