- The lady at the front desk was very helpful.
- It was filthy and it was a dump. It was so bad. We wouldn’t even sleep in the bed. It was dirty. It was disgusting. I made a video just to show. My family just saw that they would believe how nasty it was.

- It showed pictures on the website that made the place look really nice but when we got there, it was a dump. It was nasty. It looked like it was a construction zone. The beds were nasty dirty. The tub was nasty dirty. The side table was that everything about? It was just nasty
- The room that was supposed to be renovated looked like it was under renovation. The bathroom light was flickering.
