Comfort Inn Gainesville - University Area

Clean room with a comfortable bed

The TV did not work. It would turn on, but received no channels. There was a funny smell in the hallway, but the room smelled fine.

bed was comfortable, pool was nice.

The TV didn't work ( actually there was internet, but no cable TV). Brekfast was less than average.

The location

Yes the rooms was very dusty also the liners.was not clean

Location the breakfast was awesome and room was great. The pool thought oh my god awesome.

Seemed like people lived there. Felt safe though

Soloed carpets and disgusting room. Doubtful bed was cleaned with hair and dirt on sheets. Bathroom faucet was not cleaned from previous guest -/ toothpaste on faucets, chrome not shined, boogers on handles, etc.

Shabby room, bad odor in room, mold around tub caulking.

Room clean, nice staff, popcorn, cookies, nice treat.

Stairwell dirty, pool needs chairs and updates.

ALL the rooms smell musky. TV did no work on two of rooms nor the phone. Worst hotel ever

Right off the highway, so very convenient. Lots of chain restaurants nearby. Safe location. Good beds.

Toilet in first room was broken. We got another but we had to repack and move everything. Not fun after traveling all day.

Free toiletries

Bathroom was not clean. Mold in parts This hotel is worth $--- max

Location and price

The floor we stayed on smelled like their had been previous water damage. The shower in our room need recalking around the tub. Obvious air bubbles in wall from where water damage had been. The room had a musty smell

It was meh, not great but not horrible.

A little run down, needs some touch ups. Covid took the hot buffet breakfast and cookies I assume.

I hated it

It was NASTY! Room was dirty. There was a ROACH in the room. Moved to another room and I woke up to a small bug crawling on the bed in that room. Hotel was stink. Floors filthy. The hotel was trash. I feel like im owed a refund. Pool was extra small.

Cheap. Close to many businesses and restaurants. Close to highway. We didn't die.

Walls were so thin could clearly hear neighbors who were playing loud movies both nights (including shoot outs, explosions, car chases, etc). Sheets weren't clean. Found hair all over the room (not ours). We all got bit by "something" during the night.

I did not have a comfort stay the room smell like mold just old smell the refrigerator had roaches in it awful the toliet was dirty horrible I moved to another room same thing except the roaches I will never stay there again

Staff was friendly

The bathroom has a leak in the shower. From the room above. The carpet needed to be cleaned, especially since pets are allowed.

Refrigerator in room worked.

No sound barrier to block the noice level from I75. Some of the staff didn¿t even pick up their head to acknowledge you as you were coming or going.

The only positive is that its right on University grounds

Good staff. Reserved 2 rooms as soon as we arrived, my sons friend's feet were full of bites little tiny red marks all over. flee bites? he had walked barefoot on the rugs and mom also started to get bites so they went downs Rm changed. 0 juices/breakfast

Great staff. Clean room. Beds are comfortable

Pool was a little dirty.
