Friendly staff, morning breakfast, gym, walking distance to stores.

Pillows on bed were too soft.

The location is great, the staff are wonderful, and room was good.

Because this is an extended stay, cleaning the room was offered after several days.

Hotel employee was amazing! Very friendly and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. The pool and laundry on site were great.

Pool towels could have been larger.

The pool was nice but it did not make up for the filthy bathrooms and beds.

Literal pubes all over the bathroom. Asked for a different room, they had nothing and said they would send someone to clean. The guy who showed up was rude, had no cleaning supplies and just rinsed the bathtub w/ a rag. Super gross.

Breakfast was amazing and the pool area was fantastic!!

The bedrooms get hot when you shut the door ! They need better air flow . Everything was great ! We had a 2 Br suite

Wry very nice. Manager reception was a welcomed surprise 5-7:30. Pool was nice. Room did not disappoint. Breakfast buffet was spot on. Staff were so welcoming.

HOTEL LIGHTING IS NOT WELL LIT. HALL WAY, ROOMS... NO CHAIR FOR ISLAND SEATING... NO ICE BUCKET... NO ICE MACHING CLOSED BY OR SIGNAGE FOR IT

It was a little crowded in the pool area but it was a holiday weekend.

I got the King Suite and it was bigger than I expected! Beautiful kitchen with a fridge, stove, and even a dishwasher! Silverware and dishes included! Microwave under the eating table. It was perfect for me and my two kiddos!

I have a few things that bothered me and one being a safety worry with having kids. 1. The shower was very slippery. 2. Dust on tv and end tables. 3. The sink has a disposal and is very short so my kids (4 & 6) could put their hand in if they wanted.

Convenient location..staff well versed on restaurants..very friendly and courteous..great breakfast...great suite furnished well..had issue with cooling system responded within a few minutes..very satisfied

Staff are great, everyone wore masks and were polite and friendly.

The mattress was very old and sank in the middle on both sides. I slept bad the whole trip. Wifi is slower than cell data. Guests in the hotel werent wearing masks and no enforcement after the front desk.

Convenient to I75. Great staff!!! Very pet friendly!

Shower pressure was low. Breakfast offering was a little weak, even with a pandemic.
