- It was clean, yet wanted to charge me for having a service dog.
- The hotel is clean. The staff is great. They attempted to charge me $250 for having a service animal, which is illegal according to the ADA

- They didn?t understand the law when it came to the ADA and tried to charge me a cleaning fee for having a service dog.
- They do not understand the laws with a service animal. I had to wait over an hour to get a room not on the first floor. Then they put a person with challenges at the end of a hallway because of the service animal (which is considered medical equipment)
- Parking lot was in the back and very dimly lit. I didn?t feel comfortable walking at night with my 2 younger children. Breakfast left much to be desired with only a few options.
