Location and room was nice

When we checked in they noted there was breakfast but did not indicate a cost which made it seem complimentary (many places have this). Once we had grabbed a plate and started to put food on, a hotel employee let us know its was $15.99 per plate. Dude. No

Rooftop pool,lobby bar,and location. Linens, matress,HVAC,shower and TV were all good.

Reserved 2 queen room for 3 nights. At 4pm they didn't have any. Hassle switching next day. Rooms were dirty.Pool seating area disgusting.$20 for self park is too much

The hotel is new with the newest features in the rooms. The staff are friendly.

Parking is difficult and valet per day is expensive.

Sink had no water pressure, trickled out, but that’s my only complaint and honestly no big deal!!

Convenient to everything… clean, very nice and updated feeling.

Valet parking only and you had to pay… and pay for another day after 8 am… that bothered me…

The hotel was in a great location, the lavender sachet bags at the elevator Friday night were lovely, staff was friendly, the shower was great! The rooftop pool was enjoyable.

There wasn't really any closet space so no place to put our suitcases except on the bench. It would have been nice to be able to order food and drinks at the pool.

Too expensive. Plus front desk clerk told me they would comp the breakfast but they still charged me full price.

The smell of the lobby was too strong. Pool was closed for majority of the evening of my stay. It was the main reason for choosing that hotel.

Style and decor

Too many young college kids acting immature and just one elevator functioning made for long waits and uncomfortable to travel with my granddaughters

Location of hotel was perfect for our visit and campus tour at University of FL.

The barn door on the bathroom. Zero privacy with those things they are awful!

Great location, clean.

None of the ice machines worked on any of the floors. My husband tried 5 different floors. He had to get ice at the front desk. The smart fridge in the room didn’t work at all.

Couldn't ask for a better location right across the street from UF. The lobby is beautiful and has a bar open for after dinner drinks. The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, especially for those who are in Gainesville to do something related to UF. It is directly in front of the campus and has a variety of restaurants nearby.My room and bathroom were big, clean, and modern. The bed was comfortable making it easy for me to have a good night’s rest.The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful as well.

There is valet parking so if one will be coming and going a lot, it can be a hassle. However, the valet service was quite good and my car was available to me quickly upon my request.

Rooms smaller than expected for an ACLobby was nice but breakfast area much too small and too crowded for my family of 5 to be seated, so, we dined elsewhere.
