Very clean, nice amenities. Also needing the room key to use the elevator.

The elevator smelled like weed most of our stay.

Hotel was fine but the shower floor is so slippery (I have never once experienced this level of slippery). I slipped and slid and now have a bruise.

Location and cleanliness

Does not offer free breakfast. When did the filter came up but when got to hotel and went to breakfast had to pay for breakfast. So advertising is misleading. Did not have enough plugs and charging station. Did not like the fact there was no microwave

Excellent location. Easy parking. Very nicely designed room.

Food from waht I assume was the previous person who stayed in the room was still present in the refrigerator.

Friendly staff. Room layout and views. Wide halls.

Hallways had a strange smell, maybe pets mixed with cleaning products. Common areas, hallway and elevator floors, looked a little dirty/dingy. Coffee and hot water would be nice all day.

Location near campus

Not clean room. Smell dust in carpet. Prior customers food was left in refrigerator. Chair very dusty. Bathroom door not closing and broke from top. One bed was not done. Mold in bathroom shower. glass door in shower not closing properly.No way stay again

Location-close to UF, parking availability, lively lobby atmosphere, modern decor, comfortable beds, clean nice room.

Were signs that masks required but some front desk/cleaning staff not wearing masks, guests not wearing masks either. No regular coffee packets in room just decaf. Walls seemed thin lots of noise from hallway in early AM & noise from people walking above

Very modern, clean look, free pool table for hotel guest use, hand sanitizing stations throughout facility, use of card key for entrance & opening doors throughout hotel. The fitness center was nice.

The hotel is near a student housing area. We could hear the cars passing by very clearly into our room. The bathroom door to our room was broken & did not slide close. No breakfast was available during our stay. No hot tub.

Great location close to everything we needed. restaurants, shopping, and the university. Very clean, comfortable room. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

The carpets were stained throughout the hotel.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They allow pets free of charge and offer free parking. Beautiful room and lobby area. Very clean outside also. Would for sure stay again.

I liked the location. The staff were excellent. Courteous friendly and helpful.

It’s in a central but quite location, staff is very friendly, and they are staying true to their cleaning pledge. Not to mention my dog can stay free!

The parking spaces are super close together :(

Air Conditioner was broken, I had to make 3 trips to get linens, coffee, cream, etc. as COVID rules prevent housekeeping during stay. They COULD have left them in the hall, had them ready for pick up, brought them up themselves.

Chose it because it is pet friendly and does not charge a pet fee. Alfoft has become my go to chain when I travel with my dog. The hotel has a nice, sleek contemporary feel. Parking was free and plentiful. Nice hotel!

Reception did not wear a mask nor was there plexiglass barrier separating us. Did not see any hand sanitizers in the lobby or hallways. In my mind this should be SOP when we are in a pandemic. I was also charged for internet even though booking said free.

Hotel employee are PHENOMENAL team members, very kind and courteous.

 the manager is very aggressive and rude to her staff and customers. The General manager never contacted me, and the late check out that was not proper compensation for the several discrepancies during the one day visit.

EVERYTHING. One of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Pretty much every detail here is just pitch perfect. Free pool table downstairs is a nice touch too!

Water in the sink and shower could've gotten a little hotter, but that's the only thing I can even remotely critique. Awesome property.
