Yes my bed was not made up and blood stainwas on one of my pillows

We had our room cleaned and organized daily it was very nice as we stayed four nights with our children, much appreciated truly.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is so helpful and so nice, the only thing I noticed was the high humidity smell in our room. If they get that under control it would be perfect. A few more items for breakfast couldn't hurt either.

I was not told while booking that they would charge an extra $40 because I had my dog with me. It was half as much of room charge

The rooms where up to date but I could hear people in the other rooms and hallways clearly

The staff was sub-par the breakfast lady was very rude and unprofessional she actually hit me causing me to have to call the police and make a report.

The hotel looks very sparkly and clean. Bed was very comfy. Shower was fantastic and fridge/freezer worked great. Breakfast had hot and cold and was very filling. Especially the sausage and egg biscuits. Stayed here before and will be back in Feb.

It’s old .. first room had roaches The second room had rust around the shower faucet and mold by the tub on the wall

Sticky floors, paint missing in bathtub, ceiling fan had 2 settings- either helicopter take off speed or off, humid rooms

I don?t have a lot that is positive to say. It was mostly quiet

It smelled horrible with an overwhelming smell of vinegar. Vinegar can be used for cleaning yes, but it is not a welcoming smell in a hotel and many people find it unappealing. The front desk person (female, dark hair dos not greet us. Seemed annoyed

Wi-Fi very weak signal on the 4th floor

Rooms & especially the floors were very clean. Breakfast bagels, waffles OJ. Coffee, And fruit were very good. Pillows were comfortable.

Shower pressure was very weak. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were not tasty.

When I went to bed, both me and my husband felt something going over our body. And when we got up in the morning, there was dead cockroaches.

The rooms were very stark and the bathroom layout was odd.

This hotel is going down it had roaches in the room an rust on the wall. But sleep was comfortable

Roaches. Killed 5 including in my bed in first room. Changed rooms and killed 2 more the next morning.

Actually, I like the staff the best very hard workers with breakfast coming in second lol!?

Absolutely not they let me take my dogs. They were great. It was a good place to escape a hurricane.!!

Smelt like mold so we had to leave due to allergies.

Looked like the hotel was in the middle of a remodel. We ended up in a room that smelled like fresh paint, but still had obvious mold on the fire alarms, as well as rusted shower drains.
