    Pros +

    • The location was excellent, right next to the University of Florida. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was adequate.
    • It was close to the college.
    • The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel location is centrally located and close to UF Shands Hospital. We did noticed Road noise early in the morning. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

    Cons -

    • Some of the hotel fixtures needed to be updated. The bed was slightly smelly like B.O. Also, they ran out of pillows so we did not have enough. You can get into the pool area without a key by just reaching your hand through the fence and turning the knob.
    • The breakfast was terrible. Food looked like wax toys and tasted like wax. The toaster only toasted one side which was ok because the bread was stale/hard anyway. Plus no coffee due to coffee maker being broken. Really!!!
    • Short staff but the staff was very helpful.

    Breakfast and color furnitures.

Stained carpet, very foul odor in hallway and at the entrance of the elevator. There were no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Room carpet had a stain and smell.

    Location.

Room was not ready upon arrival. No soap in the shower upon arrival. Breakfast was not what I expected. Was expecting more for my money!

The location of the hotel was awesome. It's only about a two minute drive to Shan's Hospital. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. It could've used more options but it was free, so who's complaining?

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-24-2022

    Clean room, comfortable bed.

The carpet by the elevator was dirty and had hair all over it. The free breakfast wasn¿t appealing. There wasn¿t any half and half for the coffee.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-1-2022

    The staff was great.

The sofa was old and dingy. No Netflix.

Liked hotel amenities, they still attempted a breakfast.

Bathroom had a weird smell and water leaking thru the ceiling. I wasn't compensated for my troubles just given sincere apologies.

To was exactly as described and met my needs. There for my Son's Surgery @ UF Shands. Mostly quiet stay. Decent breakfast items considering Covid. Great hotel amenities.

Bathroom had a foul smell. And then there was leaking water from athe ceiling vent from room above which caused me to vacate my room 2 hours earlier than my check out time

The kitchenette was a great touch. It was a small area but well equipped.

It was a bit pricey during college move in week but dropped tremendously the week after.

It was very clean and the staff were terrific. Check in was a breeze.

The free breakfast was OK, not bad, but not great.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-1-2018

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent breakfast

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-20-2018

Pretty much a brand new hotel, AND pet friendly. The suites are great with a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Breakfast was also great!

There were A LOT of people smoking around the entrances to the building and pool area, despite there being a designated smoking area in the front of the building.

    10RebeccaPosted on: 3-19-2018

Cozy little house feel. Outdoor space to sit and relax. Large breakfast area and great variety of food items. Hot beverages always available in the lobby. Stocked kitchen area in room - great for left overs or beverages. Comfy beds clean everywhere!

Not a thing just wish it had been warm enough for the pool.

The breakfast buffet was yummy. We had waffles every morning.

The door to our room was difficult to open and lock.
