- nothing. Overrated.
- The location was excellent the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- They charge an extra $100 deposit. That they do not return. The homeless at the 3dage of the parking lot. The drugs and smell of pot smoke coming from the rooms. People in room behind bus sounded like they were going to come through the wall
- The room was musty and smelled of smoke ! The bathroom had stains and mold everywhere. It was not a 1 rated hotel. The hotel is in dire need of overhaul. I would never stay there.I did not stay there because of the condition of the room.
- A couple of roaches but room was clean and this is Florida!

A couple of roaches but room was clean and this is Florida!
The location distance to the hospital, close restaurants and the staff was nice.
The first room they sent me to was discussing, dirty, No hot water! Had to ask for another room, which was clean and had hot water.
Absolutely nothing! This was for my sister and goddaughter due to the hurricane. They were in an evacuation order area. Upon arrival the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude! A pets allowed room was booked, he refused to allow them in, unless she signed an
undeclared pets form, despite declaring them. He then said he was going to charge her $20/per pet when the form said $15, without notating them anywhere. And advising her that if his boss saw them it would be a $--- fee. She felt uncomfortable and left.
The staff are very nice and the bed was very comfortable
The smell of the room was kinda old and musty
Location
Hotel is really dated, and things were falling apart in the room. The sh only had one setting; the water temperature couldn't be adjusted. The p from the tub is coming off all over the place. My son was too scared to take a shower b/c it looked really bad
The hotel was old, rundown and extremely dirty. Part of the roof of the hotel was collapsed. The bathtubs were disgusting. The floors were unclean the bedspreads had holes.. it is hard to describe without photos
No room phone. No TV. AC didn't cool. Dead spider & roach. Ice cold shower. Deadbolt broken. Took my credit card info and treated themselves. REALLY LOUD sheeny people ALL NITE. Wasn't sure if my car would be vandalized. JUST NO!!!!!
WORST hotel I've EVER been in. 1 1/2 hours broken sleep. Frightening. People yelling screaming stomping til after 5 a.m.
The room was dirty. The hotel appeared extremely sketchy. Lots of crackhead types hanging around, and homeless people sleeping outside of rooms on the walkway. The door to the room appeared to have been broken into before.
The pictures do not accurately describe the hotel. It was not clean. The sink and shower were ¿gross¿. The smoke detector was hanging down the wall because someone had unhooked it to smoke. The room melted like smoke. There was a fight during the night.
The gentleman at the front desk was nice and tried his best to be accommodating¿ but he had not much to work with in regards to the establishment.
The room smelled of smoke, the bathroom light was broken and we were greeted by a cop who had been called by a fellow patron of the hotel. We moved to another room and the bed was not made, dried blood on bedding¿ we left and got another hotel.
Location was great
Old ran down property. The carpet in the room was nasty. I could see my hand through the threadbare washcloth. The towels are cheap and horribly rough. No coffee maker in the room. The place is not ADA compliant in the least.
I liked the location of the hotel and the pricing of the hotel in a short period of time.
was there 3 days no one offered any clean towels and the room was disgusting there was legit tried liquid on the floor I ended up buying a broom and mop to feel comfortable in the room
The only thing that got a good rating was the young lady working the desk during the day. She was pleasant, helpful and sympathetic. The man working the desk on Friday night, not so much
The first room I got reeked of cigarettes. The man didn¿t switch me for fear of overlapping. There were dozens of empty rooms. I left my ID at the desk and they didn¿t call to tell me. The TV in the second room didn¿t work. Not worth $---night.
Nice TV. Bed was reasonably comfortable. All else was pretty crappy.
Old,dated, rundown, poorly maintained. Dirty carpeting, furniture. Pool was closed. Roof caved in in part of hotel Exposed to elements.Tub & sink in bathroom chipped & stained. Painted tiles chipping. Dirty walkways. Worn, stained & dirtylobby furniture
Location
Roaches, blood on chairs (staff had to remove chair from room), night street workers coming in and out of rooms around us all night and key card never worked. We were locked out of our room at least 10 times in 2 days. Horrible experience.
Price. Front desk man was nice.
Strong cigarette smell in room. Shady characters sitting outside all night long. When I returned to my room on Saturday night, one man followed me, asking "hey what's your name? (Man asleep in a chair outside his room when I left at 8am the next mornin
Roaches. Had to get key redone three times to get in. It looked at people staying there all the time. Living there. Noisy all the way to 3am. They may have been selling drugs there.
I later learned that this hotel has a contract with local social services to house homeless, poor, and other people in trouble. By about 8:00 p.m. there were about 18-24 young men idling in walkways, balconies and stairs. I went elsewhere. TERRIBLE
