The room was clean

I didn’t get a chance to stay in the room with my car trouble I wanted a refund or partial wasn’t able to get it even though I didn’t get a chance to stay in the room just a frustrating trip

Clean, great staff, Free breakfast

Our room was filled with mold. To the point my husband had to offer to clean it. He was so sick he could sleep and barely could breathe

The room smelled like dirty old bleach water. There was hair everywhere. The phone in the room did not work. Disappointed.

The room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and had nice soft sheets. No noise to report. Above average room .

Nothing I like of this hotel

Dirty, smell not good, humid, no room service, staff are always absence,

It was not clean thebathroom was grimy and mildewed.The room was very stuffy and the mirrors was very filmy and needed to be cleaned.

I had to put a $50 deposit on the room which would be refunded after 3 to 7 business days. I've never payed a deposit before. The room smelled like industrial strength cleaner yet was still terribly dirty with grime deposits on the bathroom baseboards.

Location price, and staff

Towel rack fell from the wall in the middle of the night causing the towels to fall in the towel.

For the price point it was on par or a little better than I expected.

Ice maker didn't work. Phone in our room didn't work. There was a broken lamp in our room. Internet worked on our phones but not on our laptops for some reason. If we went to the lobby our laptops would work.

Quiet, easy to check in and check out. Staff was kind. Was perfect for sleep.

It was in a good location but that¿s it

Yes the room had an odor in it, the air conditioner was really noisy, the small refrigerator was old and they had wood blocks underneath to try and level it, the pillow case was not fresh, not enough washcloths in bathroom, the floor had not been swept.

Room was not worth the price. Too many drunk people. Loud people all night. Faucet dripped. No plug for tub. Poor parking. Extra costs for pets. Door key didn¿t function properly. Very poor breakfast.

I stayed here 11 years ago seven years ago And there have been many improvements down here. I will definitely stay there again.

The only complaint I have is the people in the next room carried on until after midnight and I was awaken at 6:00 am by someone screaming obscenities in that room. Besides that everything was fine.

Newly remodeling. Some areas better but the manager needs to check on work being done. Some very sloppy-paint on floor behind bathroom door. In dining area all construction materials out in room, dust not wiped off table bases and chairs. Paint on chairs

Noisy party guests in middle of night. 2 guys, one in Ryder truck company jacket outside on top of a cat care van with a large cat on top and one guy was riding the cat like a bull! No one at the front desk noticed?

Staff was nice and helpful

It was being remodeled so everything was dusty and it was very messy everywhere outside. Pool was not clean but there has been many storms before.

There was a musty-like odor in the room. Door was damaged. A vent in the bathroom not secured.

Carpet. The place allows pets, so it had a lingering pet smell. Recommend vinyl floors to avoid that

Two drops of Blood on one pillowcase. No continental breakfast as advertised.( even though all other hotels on our trip are now serving. Very poorly lit bathroom. Needed to go to back of tv every time tv was turned on to set mode to hdmi2.

The staff was really nice. The weren¿t able to help me with my issue with the rooms though

The hotel does not deserve 2.5 star rating. The rooms had black mold on several spots, carrel was ripped at places, smell was heavy, phone wasn¿t working, walls had holes and bathroom door was dirty. In addition the bed sheets had cigarette burns and gum.
