Early check-in option, super clean room, excellent customer service from night manager

The parking spots are too narrow for modern vehicles, especially trucks and SUVs or people who can't park straight.

Had to pay additional $20 for breakfast to get room. Breakfast was included without needing to pay additional money. Not hotel fault. Fault of Priceline websites.

We were greeted so kindly. Room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. The hotel was very conveniently located to everything. Publix across the street.

Sofa in room 101 was absolutely filthy, room was not ready until after 5:30pm, staff smoking funny-smelling stuff in parking lot on side of hotel away from cameras.

Dog barking and howling until 10:00 p.m.The second night there was a loud, obnoctious man cursing and berating his child continually. We called the front desk several times and they could not get it under control; we were moved. The desk lady was rude.

The shower, size of the room. Breakfast was great. Hotel employee helped us with selections.

The bathroom sink was filthy. The trash can there was full. The coffee in the lobby was icy cold. Loud construction noise began in the room next door at 7am.

My kids loved the cookies and little cereal boxes. Loved that we our rooms joined together.

Check in desk was really slow checking people in. We waited in lime for 30 mins to just get some extra towels. Maybe have 2 people working to a lease help the people that are already check in.

I did not stay because they gave me a smoking room.

Yes, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was smoking yet the website said non-smoking and it smelled awful. We did not stay.

It was clean and quiet. The moment I walked into the room the air smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds smelled clean, too, and the bed was comfortable with four pillows on each bed.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I can't eat dairy products and there was cheese in their western omelette, the only thing that was protein. Not much choice if you're a diabetic.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, there were a few cookies waiting for me when I came back from dinner. Dinner recommendation from the front desk by the way, good recommendation.

Extremely convenient for our purposes in Gainesville, and we've found Hampton Inns to be very consistently good wherever and whenever we stay in them. Rooms are always clean. the people are great and breakfast may not be gourmet, but it's very good.

Had an issue with the shower valve, but the front desk helped getting it working.
