One very friendly person at check in. It was a bit of a hassle to get license plate and go to car a third time to place tag.

Parking was a bit rough

The window AC is disgustingly dirty, it was never serviced/cleaned, full of mold.

The staff was phenomenal -- front desk, house keeping, and breakfast waiters -- everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful.

Absolutely top notch service at this hotel, every employee we met was friendly!! The cleanliness of the hotel overall and the breakfast was amazingly delicious!! If ever back in the area we would definitely stay again!!

Great location close to campus and everything! Parking too! Front desk staff was awesome, especially Nataja who was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions.

Love the renovations! Everything in the room was updated and it was a really pleasant and convenient stay.

Very old appearing, especially the bathroom. Had to wait for 5 minutes to get luke warm water for showering.

Location and parking

Outdated, not very clean, broken security lock, not very secure door closure. Instead of assigning another room I had to wait for maintenance to replace lock on door, while other rooms were available.

The location

The hotel is very outdated. My air conditioning unit was from like 1970 & didn't work along w 3 rooms they tried to switch me to. The management that they need to update & renovate. 80° the entire time I stayed there. Terrible

Location

When booked the hotel I booked for 3 adults. When we checked in we were given only 1 room key for the 3 of us. Needless to say whenever we went back the system was still down. Also we were given 2 breakfast vouchers even though we booked for 3 adults.

The beds were comfortable. The room appeared to be clean.

The room was old and definitely needed renovation. Even some of the fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. It smelled musty when we entered it and I woke up with a sore throat and runny nose. Note: Breakfast is not included.

Tub faucet extremely old and loose on wall, ad a very difficult time getting faucet to change to shower (this is not usually a difficult task) shower enclosure had huge crack . It looked like someone punched wall. Carpets in room were dirty.

Friendly staff

No hot water for shower. Room was freezing (52 degrees) upon arrival with a beeping smoke alarm/low battery. Dirty bathroom. Thankfully we were just passing through and stayed less than 12 hours. This place was unlike any other Holiday Inn (in a bad way)

The Hotel Staff is epitome of Excellent Customer Service! Friendly & helpful during the busy Christmas season! The location is a plus with their attached Italian restaurant amongst several other food and stores w/in walking distance. Comfortable bedding!

The hotel is older so the bathroom was smaller w/ signs of wear & tear. Despite that everything was clean throughout.

Bathrooms need updating

The rooms are clean and quiet and location is great. The staff were all helpful, friendly, and professional. Shereika and Bryce were wonderful and went out of their way to help me print a bus ticket when my flight was canceled due to hurricane Nicole.

At first my tv did not work properly and there was old chocolate on the chair in the room

Unbeatable location, wifi was strong, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.

Unbelievably old and dated. Patched over water damage, bathroom straight out of the seventies. You get the feeling that they're just getting by with the bare minimum until the wrecking ball comes calling.

This hotel was horrible. Doing renovations, musty and disgusting. Restaurant attached Piesanos is very good

Everything. Dirty, musty, old, should be a negative star hotel.

When we arrived, the toilet was not working and the tv had become disconnected from the connection in the back. When we called for maintenance it took another phone call 45 minutes later for a maintenance man to show up.

Just the slowness of the necessary maintenance request.
