Front desk lady was accommodating when I explained how atrocious the first room was .

1st room extremely dirty, hair+ stains all over sheets, no comforters beds. 3 pillows. No shower curtain. Only 1.5 towels. The door hit the bed when i opened the door. Stains over the walls. used men’s underwear and socks in a drawer.

lobby very clean, staff very friendly & helpful

bed frame very noisy, it had ‘residents with children’ who were noisy & disruptive

The staff were very helpful and kind. Good selection for hot breakfast. Coffee was great!

Very low scale hotel. I felt more on the lines of a motel or extended stay. This hotel has full-time residents that live here. Very old and I would not sit on the couch or chairs in the room. The hotel smelled like marijuana at all hours.

outside room thought was an inside cigarette smoke smell in rm bed not completely made missing blanket slept with top sheet and no phone to call desk for blankets mattress cover not on the bed was balled up in closet flr tub/toilet poorly functioning

Roaches everywhere in the room. I bought bug spray and the roaches still kept coming out from the tv stand. No exaggeration there was alot of them. The room was dirty when i got there but this was the third room i had to switch so i just let it be

The price and how clean it was.

We wanted a King size and that and they didn't have it the queen size didn't feel like a queen size bed the room smelled like cigarette smoke a few times throughout the night other than that the visit was great I love to stay in a clean place

Smelled like Lysol, sheets smelled like chemicals, the air conditioner was incredibly loud

Transient guests who are living there are very sketchy. The owner of the hotel needs to spend $ to take care of the property. It?s in shambles. No comforter of blankets on beds. Boards holding up the box springs. Frames too big for the bed size. Terrible!

I want a refund for the dog. He is an esa certified and they added $30 per night for him in a dirty hotel.

Adding $30 per night is what really did it for me and it was disgusting as far as how old it is and the sketchy people sitting out in the parking lot the whole time

The pictures on your website are completely inaccurate. This hotel is completely run down everywhere with the exception of the lobby. This hotel has many people that you can physically see selling drugs. Disgusting hotel with roaches, mold, dirty

Rooms were not worth what we paid for them. Not much in there except bed etc. Very old inside and not many furnishings

Front desk clerk was pleasant, even though she looked a bit overwhelmed by the crowded lobby.

Everything. Trash bags outside the room at 10pm. Room was disgusting... mold, rust, water damage.....

It was filthy with roaches and black mold everywhere. I?m surprised it hasn?t been closed by the health department .No towels exchanged in 3days stay and the microwave kept tripping a circuit when you try to use it.

Room was extremely clean , but Floor was very sticky ,,,ask at desk but never happened to get mopped different person at desk each time

Bed was comfortable.

Noise from interstate right outside. I thought the window wasn?t shut all the way. Door in hallway to the outside wasn?t secure at all and it was right outside our room. More noise.
