Very little street parking, $25 a night parking in a garage a block away

Room smelled. Ac did not work well. And loud noise all night kept me awake. The gal who checked me in was unfriendly; seemed like she hates her job.

It was old. The bedspread was raggedy and things need to be refurbished.

It is a nice hotel, well kept, nice gym.

$22 in downtown Gainesville? I can stay at a variety of similar hotels that do not charge for parking. I won't stay in the future for this reason.

I really loved the cleanliness and size of my room, as well as the hotel's location. There was a variety of restaurants within walking distance and the walk after dinner was also pleasant.

Checking out took much longer than expected. I could not tell if he was assisting me or working on another task due to the lack of communication.

Its located in the middle of Downtown gainesville.

Room was dirty,dust everywhere, Mold in bathroom. Carpet in room was in need of removal "FREE" breakfast was Watery eggs, Gray colored cold sausage, Pastries of un-kown origins,Staff needs retraining or replacement. Pool is JOKE. Hotel needs a tear down.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff. She was very friendly and helpful.

Very unfriendly front desk clerk. Did not give information concerning breakfast or parking. I had to ask.

Location right downtown was great. Clean and modern. Friendly staff.

Parking is a mess, but it's worth it, if you find a two hour spot you can stay there all night. There was a farmers market and a band playing literally across the street, and every bar and food we tried was excellent.

It was really an above average medium price hotel, nothing overtly special. I have stayed at some nice places (looking at you InterCon), and this aint those, but the location of this place is world class.

For the price i paid for this hampton inn at this location, it is not worth it

It is downtown and not in a good surround area

Hotel is in a good downtown location, close to UF and several nearby restaurants and bars. The valet parking makes arrival esy. Room was both clean & comfortable. The included. breakfast was sufficient. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy!

Complimentary water on arrival would have been an added plus.

No hotel free parking. $30 a day for valet or $30 a day for public public parking.

Bed mattress is extremely hard. Some might like it, we did not. The Hotel is in downtown Gainesville.The location is great however it doe get very noisy on weekends.

That they could easily tell me that the room I booked was not the one I would get.

I didn't get the room I booked. The toilet was broken. They couldn't help in anyway.

Location and definitely liked the size of the junior suite.

I thought breakfast should be for all 3 of us. Parking was an additional $18.00 per night.

Hotel was clean in lobby and rooms. Staff was courteous.

PARKING garage at $25 a night is a problem. It was not known until I arrived and was not prepared being I was staying 4 nights for an out of town contract job.

Excellent downtown location, with lots of restaurants and entertainment to walk to.

Parking is either street parking (very difficult to find at night) or at a city parking lot next door for $25 a day.

It was peaceful, very clean and quiet. I needed that big time. Thank you.

Reservation was not there when I called the morning of our stay to confirm we had the room there was no reservation on file and the Hilton was booked. I had to call Hilton Honors and they found us a really nice suite at about the same price.

It was is such a great area. Close to restaurants and to college.I felt comfortable and safe.

No designated hotel parking areas. Valet parking. However free parking until 7:00am along street.
