Sweetwater Branch Inn Bed And Breakfast

Was just a beautiful setting with rocking chairs on the front porch and beautiful gardens. And the best breakfast in the Victorian house.

No nothing except bed a little hard. But everything else was perfect

We loved it. Awesome breakfast. Close to restaurants to walk to.

Pool and hot tub were not very warm.

Beautiful hotel ! Very clean ! Nice area!

The only problem we had was that the tv didnt work¿ ot made a screechy noise when volume was put up

The main house and grounds are beautiful, friendly staff and yummy breakfast!

The cottage next to some run down houses wasn't ideal.

Room was enchanting and full of character. Staff professional and friendly. Best breakfast in town. Quiet and restfull night.

Breakfasts and evening wine & cheese features were great. Clean accommodations, very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Nice location, quiet, even on holiday! lovely atmosphere and decor.

Not or handicapped where we were. Stairs-No elevator, but had ramps. Beds are sometimes high to access and in corners which may be difficult to maneuver. Furniture nice but not comfy. Local Restaurant closed New Years, so you could walk or order out.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the staff was supper nice.

This place was amazing. The rooms were incredibly done. The bed and breakfast vibe was so sweet. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed mostly everything except the shower/tub. It was a little hard to get in and out of it. If we were an elderly couple, I am not sure that we could climb into it. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

The decor, the comfort, the tub, tv channels, vintage radio, very comfortable bed, the ground are lovely. The breakfast was excellent.

Could use grab bar by the tub.

​The inn is a beautiful, rustic property in a great downtown location with a very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the delicious home-style breakfast and found the main bed and linens to be high-quality and very comfortable. It offered a much more relaxing and open atmosphere than a typical hotel.

The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable because the mattress was misaligned. This was especially difficult because the heater in the front room did not work on a very cold night when temperatures dropped into the 30s. It made for an unpleasant and freezing night for the person sleeping in that room.

The inn was conveniently located to the aquatic center where my daughter swim competition was being held.We were not able to partake in breakfast, as we had to be out before 7 AM each day.The grounds are beautifully manicured, and the landscaping is charming! I also enjoyed the historic booklet information in the room.

Perhaps the only negative was that the lounge chairs at the pool had broken straps.

Breakfast and staff were outstanding.

Hot Tub and Pool were not operational

Great location; easily walk to many restaurants and a park. Clean, wonderful staff, and so much better than staying at a hotel!

Everything was great!

The property is very relaxing and serene. It’s well manicured and we enjoy just taking a stroll. The cottages are clean and stocked with anything you need. There is ample parking and we even had an electric car charger right outside our cottage. It was very convenient. It’s a wonderful location and an easy uber drive to the stadium.

That we didn’t get to stay longer but had to drive back to Orlando the next day.

Really cute and comfortable inn. Beautiful grounds, cozy bed, large room, nice breakfast, coffee and tea available all day and super friendly staff.

The extraordinary turn of the century property with modern amenities was great. The breakfast was excellent, very relaxing environment , staff were very nice.
