They didn’t honor the half board rate even though we payed for it and it was even stated in the confirmation email/ reservation. They wanted to charge us again for the service. A truly disappointing experience. Management was of no help.

Close to campus. Had previous great experience.

Had a bag of someone's belongings in my room the whole stay not realizing it wasn't ours until night before checking out. Was concerned with graduation prior too. Then was second guessing if room was even cleaned.

The room and the restaurant - both were excellent.

The rooms always seem dusty and they could do some updating overall when it comes to the carpet. They make the poor bartender in the lobby work solo for a room full of diners, pretty sad but she has a great attitude.

Plenty of parking. Easy check in. Beautiful facility.

The room was clean and simple. It contains a fridge but not a microwave. I think the carpeting in a lot of the rooms need to be replaced. But you can wear sandals or slippers to keep your feet clean. It is a decent value and price for what you need.

The a/c in my room was very noisy. That interrupted my sleep.

The staff was wonderful: the Front Desk were exceptional; Hotel employee in the Lounge were top notch and Chef was my hero - making salmon for my kitty in the ICU at UF!

The staff..... they were overwhelmed with complaints at the front desk. When I explained I would not complain if the gentleman would treat me respectfully, he changed his whole attitude. Apologized and helped me check in.

Disappointed that I spent more money than at any hotel in the area, and the sink was backed up. The room smelled, there was animal hair all over and it wasn't even vacuumed. There was as much hair on the floor as on the bed!

The location of the hotel to the University is great.

The toilet in my room did not flush, the sink in the bathroom stopped up several times and there was a large red soda stain on the carpet. The toilet seat was also not clean. My room was subpar and very dusty as well. I am disappointed with my stay!

Location

The hotel is very dirty and not being maintained. The pool was closed due murky water. There were only a few lounge chairs at the pool even if it would?ve been open. My bed sheets were stained when I entered the room for the first time.

Pretty dirty hotel. I have 4 days with allergy due that stay night at that dusty room. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS ANYBODY!

Dusty room, dirty bathroom, old rooms. Make you a favor and don't stay here

Loved the property, staff was excellent, the area is nice.

The towels were definitely clean bit they smelled bad. I think they either use very little detergent or they use the type that is supposed to be super environmentally friendly but it is ineffective

Did not get the options in the room that I selected, had to make my own bed because the sheets were not on, cleanliness was not great, no conditioner or body wash in the bottles, 2 staff members at front desk very rude. Did not care about my complaints.

I reserved 2 beds. We were given a room with one that was for wheelchairs. The staff did not accommodate us with a second bed in the room like they said they would. We won?t go back.

When we were in the room we had an unexpected visitor which was a very extra -large roach crawling around on the ceiling.

lots of land & great location

Trying to get the cleaning staff to clean my room took 4 requests. Guests should only request ONCE if anything.

Ive stayed several times in past, great location for what I do, transporting Exotic cars. I also like the large pool and hot tub.

When walking into room, LARGE HOLE IN CORNER OF WALL, THE REFRIDGE WAS SITTING ON DESKTOP, THEN NO COLD WATER IN SINK, HANDLE WAS WASTED. When I spoke with Director of operations, she LIED TO ME TWICE, in regaurds to having rooms availbe next week.

Staff is wonderful, the bar and food was amazing.

You can?t watch Thursday night football anywhere in the hotel.
