- My first stay at the Tru was a disappointment, falling short The rooms were plain, with thin walls that allowed noise from the adjacent room to disturb my sleep. The lack of a microwave was inconvenient, and the breakfast was unimpressive.
- That there is no microwave in the room / you have to go downstairs to warm up your food/no ice machine on your floor you have to go downstairs for that as well
- For my two day stay I had NO hot water!!!????

It was clean
