Cons -
- The keyless entry didnt work and we couldn't get a hold of staff to lock our room. This issue did not allow the family to spend time together since one of us had to stay in the room since the door did not lock. I left a message with staff/no call back
- The air conditioning was very noisy. The door had an outside keypad and the door opened out. I did not feel safe
- The room was rather dark and the furnishings were dated and worn. With some cosmetic improvements, this could be really really nice.
