The Bay Inn at the Lani Kai

The horrible, rude chair rental people in front of the hotel. They’re very rude very aggressive. I probably won’t come here again because of the horrible rude chair rental people which I know is probably separate from the hotel

The location is great: close to bars, restaurants, store, pool, beach. The hotel had a private patio on the water, bay side. I enjoyed quiet mornings lounging in a chair, reading, and watching pelicans dive for their breakfast!

The mattress on the bed was horrible, very hard and sloped toward the middle, even after we flipped it. The mattress on the pullout sofa was even worse. We got very little sleep during our trip.

Location is excellent. Right near all the activities our family wanted. Well kept beach area. We hung out outside of the volleyball area & watched people playing corn hole, volleyball and dancing. Music from bar was really good.

We had one really bad screaming lady in the floor above us, at Bay Inn. First night, security did show up. 2nd night they didn't. Not really their fault but she should have been asked to leave.

The Bay Inn at Lani Kai is across the street from the main resort. Located in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, this on includes all the amenities of the main resort, but on the bay side it is quiet.

The only negative is no elevator. We had a beautiful deluxe suite on the third floor. That's alot of luggage carrying.

Bed creaked everytime you moved, you could hear everthing in the surrounding rooms was q ac unit in room that didnt help the room stay cool at all that should have been a -- doller night room we got no sleep bed was uncomfortable. F

Wonderful location

Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on! It was like a crib mattress. It actually made a crunch noise whenever you sat on it or moved or got up out of it. In fact, I made a video of it that I am sending the hotel.

Ad showed beachfront, had to stay across the street. Not a far walk but no elevators.

there were cockroaches in the room and they were selling the parking spots for the hotel! we were lucky to get a parking spot at the hotel we were staying at, very disappointing

Location and friendliness of staff....very good cuisine.

I will positively return...hopefully with a great discount!

l will not recomend any room at the Bay Inn

Put me in a room facing the trees next to a room where there was a dead person and the cops were everywhere, the rooms share vents so the people next to me were smoking pot and my room got filled up. Not pleased at all will not recomend
