- I am a repeat guest at this hotel and love the location, the pool and the friendly front desk staff.
- Great beach. Pool had the potential to be great. Elevators relatively quick during a very busy week. No trouble getting carts to take luggage/food up to room. Ample parking.

- Condo was not good. Needed a deep cleaning. There was mold in kitchen sink on spray nozzle and drain plugs, small nat bugs in the master bath, light switches, outlets and floorboards throughout were dirty as was washer. Dryer required repair upon arrival
- Room 404 needs upgrade. Unit dirty; urine stains on bed cover. Appliances peeling, cracking. Black mold in the dishwasher. Tub plugged-fixed after 3 days. Room next to trash chute-smell was horrific. Pool-unusable for 2 days, "heater left on"-safety issue

Nice room, great beach area, friendly staff.... very enjoyable long weekend.
Water pressure in main bath needs checking....
