Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort - Fort Myers Beach

The bay view was nice, staff was friendly and check in was easy.

This is a really old motel with a very sloppily done renovation. The decorations are cute but they're just there to hide what these rooms really are. This place is definitely not worth over $--- a night. Also, the continental breakfast was the worst.

The catfish approach to advertising. The rooms had roaches (with lots of babies) running all over and on the walls. Description of room, as confirmed after booking, indicated that ¿the fireplace in the room was the highlight.¿ Well, there was no fireplace

Air conditioner was sub par. Felt humid and slightly warm.

The rooms are cute, the grounds, beautiful and comfortable, staff, friendly, and the view was spectacular!

My only suggestion is that they add more pillows to the king bed. Small pillows, inadequate.

The garden/swimming pool area is beautiful, it's a pleasure to stay at the hotel. BBQ in the backyard is free to use. Also the SUP boards, canoe's and bikes. It's fun to paddle out in the surrounding. I liked that the (simple) breakfast is outside.

They provided their guests with every amenity they could need while staying there including paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, bicycles and a pool. They have seating along the canal which great views.

The only bad thing was that I grabbed 2 milks for breakfast and one of them was sour. I let management know and they were very apologetic. It did not affect my rating as this place was fabulous and I would stay there again

All the employees were so courteous and helpful. The staff was upgrading their landscaping when I arrived on a Monday morning. the place was beautifully landscaped!!!!!

Not really. We loved the place! I just wish it were more affordable so that I could have stayed longer.

No one actually checking breakfast buffet. Ran out of milk, juice and butter by 8:45 and no one ever came to refill. We were facing the breakfast area and TV could be heard in our room. Maybe put captions on?

The front desk help was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was terrible because they never kept up with the guest needs! Set it up once and forgot it! Food gone in first ten minutes and never restocked. Small things ruin a good experience! Beds and pillows lumpy and poor quality!

 her staff simply went above and beyond with customer service! We had a very unfortunate experience at our hotel from the night before so had to cut our stay short and found Latitude at midnight the day of. Adorable property and free kayaks/SUP

We had very noisy neighbors who¿s children screamed all night, but that was none of the motel¿s fault.

Everything! I love Latitude 26!! Always clean, breakfast in the morning, and the staff is amazing!

No complaints! Anything we needed, the staff took care of right away!

Rooms are nicely done, good continental breakfast, and free use of kayaks. Staff very helpful.

Bed mattresses a little hard for some in our room.

The views, ease of check-in, location, complimentary outdoor equipment and amenities, layout of the resort, incredible helpfulness of the staff, and cleanliness of the rooms and grounds were unprecedented. We absolutely cannot wait to return!

Getting out onto San Carlos Blvd from the resort was tricky, depending on time of day/week.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the hotel manager. Everything was very clean, nice micro, TV and frig in the room. Loved the fact that smoking was in the back parking lot only. Amazing sun sets at the back of the hotel at the boat harbor.

Only thing I would say is they need to add tea bags to the room as not everyone likes coffee. Also the beds need to be updated, my back was a little sore after our stay, thank you

Advertising, said it was a boutique hotel, was a nice motor inn with nice pictures, plants and a relaxing pseudo aquarium. But great for the money. Marina in the back of motel, but you can use their kayaks and bikes.

The use of free kayaks, bikes, being on the marina. Staff were all so helpful. CLEAN! Old, redone Florida charm. We would definitely stay again. It is not fancy but your best bang for your buck. Trolly stop right out front.
