We’ve stayed at this location in the past and enjoyed it. But on this trip when we checked in they asked us if we wanted an upgraded room we said that would be great. Little did we know the AC didn’t work in the room and they were at capacity so no other rooms were available. So basically they gave up our original room to someone else and “upgraded” us to a room with no AC. It was too late to change locations and since we booked through booking.com they couldn’t credit us directly. We tried to work this out through booking.com and still have not been credited.
Great location for a FGCU parent
