Very clean good location
I did not like the vallet parking system. We paid $55 a day for parking and every time the valet got our car they had their hands out for a tip. This was the only annoying part of the trip.

Not easy to tell something we liked: Nice hotel architecture, good location. Spacious room, good beds.
We got a balcony inner coastal view room. Very spacious, suite style but "the view" was another house wall - so no view in fact. Despite that we couldnt spent time on the very big balcony because of a terrible noisy AC ahead of us which also was heard inside with closed doors. Terrible. Our complaint was smoothly ignored, no compensation, no apology. Frontesk staff was unfriendly and not motivated to solve any issue. Definitely no recommendation.

The property was great! great stay great location!
And extras you get! Wayyyyyy disgustingly over price. Over $600.00 a night and you still have to charge over $4.00 for a small bag of chips! That’s crazy

Great location, the room was nice and open, didn’t feel cramped at all. The concierge was amazing, booked us dinners that were awesome, as well as booked us for an everglades tour. The visit was a very positive experience.

Location was great. Staff was great.
The maintenance of the hotel overall was lacking. Weeds growing around the palm tree planters. The same lint/threads in the hallway the 4 days I was there. Food in the restaurant for a Ritz Carlton was ok.
