Pros +
- Amazing location, friendly family owners and excellent price. Free parking.
- Location in walking distance of beach and shop, food etc..
- The room was a great getaway and a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very safe area! There were great restaurants nearby and the walk to all the restaurants where the margaritas were was only about 12-20 minutes. An uber to Las Olas was about 7 bucks.
Cons -
- It?s very spartan in furnishing and toiletries limited. Underpowered air conditioners were a bit noisy
- Just a little dated if I had say something
- Housekeeping did not come back around one day but it was fine because the front staff provided us with more towels.

Older hotel, but nice and "Beachy". I like the Tile floors. Short walk to the beach.
Parking spaces are very tight. No sign that says "Summerland" on the building, so took a few minutes to find it.
Clean, spacious rooms at a bargain price.
Had to wait quite a while for my room to be ready and it was already later in the afternoon.
