- Ownership were amazing. Resort felt like a community. Super chill.
- Very clean and friendly. It is not fancy but a great value.
- I was VERY pleasantly surprised - great location, clean, spacious (the 1 BR was huge for a motel), everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the beach, fancy hotels, strip of restaurants/bars, etc.
Cons -
- Needs updating- old fixtures and furniture - cords hanging, old spring mattresses, actual keys not key cards, a few dishes provided but no sink to wash them
- Rooms are a little dated, but adds to the charm of the place.
- Really no negatives.
